The leisure centre was great. Our beautiful room was super clean. Plus, it was super handy having shops like Aldi and McDonald's so close to the hotel! A birthday gift of chocolates from the hotel charmed me!
I didn't like unmarked parking spaces! and the trek through corridors to reception, and room was not ready!

The staff were AMAZING!!! They were very helpful. The location worked well for my family. It was convenient. I found the gym to be well equipped. I used three treadmills and two stationary bikes there.
The lighting in the room was a little dim for reading at night.

the triple room was very spacious and good. i found the swimming pool very lovely. the location made it easy to travel around south ireland. the bar had a friendly, relaxed atmosphere. staff are nice overall, and the restaurant on the hotel was beautiful and friendly.
the room bin wasn't emptied from previous occupants.

The receptionist was to be less enthusiastic than I am about lukewarm tea (a low bar). She acted as if I interrupted her daily marathon of solitaire. The furniture looked like it survived a small war, sporting more character (and stains) than I cared to analyze.
